FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: fistuloscope is introduced through a mouth of a fistula. A fistulous passage with an internal opening is localised. A resector of the TriVex apparatus is used to destroy the fistulous passage from the inside. The destroyed scar tissues are aspirated. A stapler suture of the internal opening is formed from the anal canal. The stapler suture root is sealed with synthetic glue. Video-assisted treatment of perianal fistulas provides a minimally invasive, sphincter-preserving one-stage resection of the fistulous canal within healthy tissues and formation of the sealed mechanical suture of the internal mouth of the fistula.
EFFECT: method reduces developing the recurrences of the disease and the length of a patient's rehabilitation.
