FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to automatic injector, syringe plunger for it made of polymer material and to method of its production. Syringe plunger comprises pressure element located at proximal edge and distal end bifurcates to plunger first lug with first and second conical surfaces and second plunger lug with first and second conical surfaces. Distal end comprises first contact surface set by first conical surface of plunger first lug and first conical surface of plunger second plunger. Note here that said first contact surface can stay in initial contact with mechanical initiation on injection. Note also that said first contact surface is arranged at first angle varying from 40 to 80 degrees relative syringe plunger lengthwise axis.

EFFECT: ruled out accidental displacement of plunger.
