Abstract RU 2438721 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely, to injection device for injection to patient of substance, such as medication. Automatic injection device for providing subcutaneous injection of substance to user includes case, syringe, component of syringe drive and first displacing mechanism. Case has open first end and second end. Syringe is movably located in case. Syringe includes cartridge part for placement of substance, hollow needle, connected by flowing medium with cartridge part for pushing substance out of syringe, and plug for hermetisation of cartridge part and selective supply of pressure to substance for forcing it to movement through hollow needle. Component of syringe drive is intended for first movement of syringe toward first case end for needle to project from first end and for further supply of pressure on plug. Component of syringe drive contains rod part, which has first end and second end and radially extended part, which is radially pressed inside for pushing flowing medium, and supercharger, formed on first end of rod part, for selective supply of pressure on plug, and flange between second rod end and radially extended part. First displacing mechanism is intended for displacement of syringe drive component toward first open case end. First displacing mechanism is located between flange of syringe drive component and second case end. Set for packed automatic injection device includes said automatic injection device and alcohol tampon for preparation of skin section for injection, packed with instructions on application for treating arthritis by dose injection into user's skin with application of automatic injection device. In second version of implementation set includes packing material and mentioned above device, which includes dose of TNFα inhibitor. In third version of implementation set includes alcohol tampon for preparation of skin section for injection and dose tray, where dose tray includes mentioned above device, including dose of TNFα inhibitor. In forth version of implementation set includes packing material and mentioned above device, including adalimumab.

EFFECT: invention is safely used by patients and contributes to patients' following prescribed to them schemes of biological therapy.
