The image processing device, which is configured to edit video, includes a computer graphics image generating unit configured for real-time rendering of computer graphics animation using time on a time scale for which is allowed a fractional value of a second, which is a minimum unit, as a parameter which indicates the time position of the computer graphics animation. The information processing device also includes an operation input unit which is configured to input a user operation to specify a computer graphics animation sequence, and a control unit which is configured to control the computer graphics image generating unit in response to the user operation input through the operation input unit.
EFFECT: enabling computer graphics animation which is rendered in real time with variable rates without causing the perception of unnaturalness of synchronisation.
