SUBSTANCE: video analysis module contains a processor and memory that stores commands that, when executed by the processor, ensure that the processor stores data on the type of user’s behavior in memory, indicating many types of user’s behavior; receives video camera data from the video camera; determines the user’s behavior expressed at the time of the user’s behavior expression, based on the received video camera data; checks the compliance of the user’s behavior determined in such a way with at least one of the many types of user’s behavior indicated by the stored data on the type of user’s behavior; obtains point of sale data from the settlement system of the point of sale for point of sale transactions occurring within a predetermined time window relatively to the time of the user’s behavior expression; and forms investigation materials based on video camera data and point of sale data.
