SUBSTANCE: method involves potatoes cutting and blanching, carrots and beet-roots blanching and cutting, green beans cutting and freezing, fresh green peas freezing, ham and brined cucumbers cutting, garlic blanching and straining, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with acetic acid, salt and black hot pepper, the produced mixture and mayonnaise packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
