FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: hardware and software complex is configured to have a cable connection to medical equipment, to displays of an operating room, to medical devices, to engineering systems, to information systems comprising electronic patients' medical records, diagnostic and examination images and laboratory findings. The complex is configured to function as a multitrack clocked recorder/player synchronously and concurrently recording/displaying the image information obtained from the medical devices, engineering systems, the forms and time of the information obtained from the information systems; the recorded information is further placed in PACS system or a healthcare facility's central file and referenced to in the electronic patient medical record. The complex is presented so that it facilitates automatic or semi-automatic completion of report forms required for specific types of operations and cross-control of medical equipment and devices, displays, and engineering systems.
EFFECT: invention enables optimising control of medical information flows, the timely delivery of the relevant information to each member of the operating team, providing higher quality and effectiveness of the medical manipulations by a possibility to obtain the total information on the intraoperative actions by collecting, processing, analysing, logging, storing, transmitting and receiving information, remote real-time monitoring by doctors, medical training on the basis of analysing information obtained from the operation, optimising the complex by connecting it to various types of equipment.
