SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information and communication technologies specifically designed to facilitate communication between medical workers and patients. Disclosed is a system for providing telemedicine assistance, which is made in the form of a software and hardware complex, which includes a pharmacy post office, comprising a housing with closing cells made in it to accommodate medical preparations and/or diagnostic devices and a closing system cell to accommodate a program unit for telemedicine communication, a rotary chamber, a stretching chamber. System cell includes a touchscreen display, speakers, a microphone and a machine-readable label reader for user identification. System includes a database of personal cards of users, user identification module, a module for recording information on the provision of telemedicine assistance to a personal user card and a service selection module, comprising a unit for selecting over-the-counter medicines and/or medical kits, connected to closable cells for placing over-the-counter medicines and/or medical kits therein, and an audiovisual communication unit configured to perform audiovisual communication with medical personnel to provide telemedicine assistance.

EFFECT: invention enables providing telemedicine assistance, higher safety and ease of use, particularly due to faster medical care.
