SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to measurement terminal for remote monitoring of railway transport workers, and can be used for diagnostic purposes using patient identification procedures and assessing the state of various body systems. Disclosed is a measurement terminal for carrying out PTMS of transport workers based on a computer monoblock, comprising a memory unit and a microcontroller with software for processing and displaying on a touch screen the blood pressure measurement results, pulse and temperature of the person being tested, as well as alcohol in the exhaled air, additional meters of human physiological parameters are introduced, which, together with sensors used in the known measuring terminal, as well as due to video recording and high-quality telemetric and video information transmission to a remote automated workstation of a physician/paramedic, enabling him/her to monitor both the physiological parameters of a person and their changes during a PTMS session. It allows to increase degree of evidence of medical assessment of degree of readiness of employee to trip (shift). Along with said additional meters, there is a second microcontroller, a hub for transmitting video information and text messages over networks operating in unlicensed frequency bands, unit of response to verbal stimuli, video camera on portable stand and unit of audio reproduction with headphones.

EFFECT: invention widens the range of measurement terminals intended for pre-trip medical surveys (PTMS) on railway transport, for more efficient organization of PTMS at remote inactive stations and in "driving tour" mode.
