FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to beekeeping. The wax press comprises a housing, a mesh basket to loading wax raw material, a lid mounted on the basket, a pressure plate, a power mechanism, a pipe for draining the squeezed wax. The mesh basket forms with the housing around wax raw material the water jacket. In the area of the water jacket the water temperature sensor is additionally installed. The water temperature sensor is connected to the heat generator. The power mechanism is made in the form of a smooth rod and a lever system. The smooth rod is mounted above the pressure plate with the ability of free movement relative to the lid. The lever system is made in the form of an L-shaped stop fixed to the lid of the inclined support, and the intermediate plate mounted between them with an opening for installation of the smooth rod in it. The lever system is also made of moving and locking levers with openings in each of them for installation of the smooth rod in them, the upper and lower springs, and the three-link breaking lever. The moving lever is mounted with the ability of interaction with the intermediate plate, and the lower spring is mounted on the smooth rod between the lid and the moving lever. The upper spring is mounted on the smooth rod between the intermediate plate and the locking lever. On the inclined support two joints are made - lower for installation of the first link of the three-link breaking lever in it, and the upper joint is for installation in it of the third link of the three-link breaking lever. The first link of the three-link breaking lever is mounted with the ability of impact on the free end of the moving lever, and the second link of the three-link breaking lever is connected to the first and third links by joints. The locking lever is mounted on the smooth rod with the ability of interaction with the projection of L-shaped stop.

EFFECT: simplified design of the wax press is provided, the quality of the finished product is improved, and the percentage of output when processing the wax raw material, the processing time of the wax raw material is reduced.
