FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: damper consists of a casing in which a cylinder with a piston is installed coaxially and forms a recuperative cavity. The piston is fitted by relief valves for compression and extension strokes. The rod is rigidly coupled with the piston comprising at least one through throttle channel providing for the communication between the rod and head ends. A guide covers the cylinder from the top and is equipped by an antifriction bush and a rod sealing unit. The valve unit is mounted on the opposite cylinder side and is fitted by a check valve and a safety valve and at least one throttle channel providing for the communication between the head end and the recuperative cavity. The relief valves are made as one spring disk of the piston installed with preload and resting against the upper piston edge along the outer diameter, and being pressed by the lower edge of a thrust washer set on the rod - along the inner diameter.
EFFECT: simplified design and improved operation reliability and efficiency of a damper at high vibration frequency.
