FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of a non-removable form for use in construction of stairs or stair platforms, to the method of making such form and method of its use in place of construction. A finished design of the form for manufacturing of a stair flight includes the first moulding volume for concrete mortar, limited by two first longitudinal beam elements, arranged in parallel to each other, and two first transverse beam elements, also arranged in parallel to each other and connected with appropriate ends to both first longitudinal beam elements, figured elements, every of which limits the second moulding volume for concrete mortar of appropriate steps, at the same time figured elements are serially fixed above the specified at least two first longitudinal beam elements, a closing element for closure of the form structure bottom, attached to the first longitudinal beam elements and/or to the first transverse beam elements at the side opposite to figured elements, and a concrete-reinforcing structure submerged into the first moulding volume, besides, each of at least two first transverse beam elements and/or each of at least two first longitudinal beam elements is equipped with through holes aligned with appropriate through holes of other transverse beam elements or longitudinal beam elements, besides, the reinforcing structure includes reinforcement rods, which are pulled via some or all through holes of transverse beam elements and/or longitudinal beam elements and stretch in the first moulding volume in parallel to the specified longitudinal beam elements and/or specified transverse beam elements. Also the second version is described for the finished design of the form for manufacturing of a stair flight, as well as the method to manufacture form design, method to create a stair flight, method to create a stair platform, a stair and a stair platform.
EFFECT: reduced weight, higher safety of workers, simplified transportation, reduced time for erection of stairs, simplified manufacturing and modification.
