SUBSTANCE: device comprises a body, a stem, a gasket, a front cover, a check valve, a charge nozzle with a seal and a plug, fixation eyes, a high pressure piston, a power spring, a spool and a sleeve, an intermediate piston, a slide spring, a slide bore, an actuating piston, windows-compensators, a back cover. The above stem by one end is fixed to the actuating piston, and by the other one - to the object of tension. The specified actuating piston comprises the slide bore and windows-compensators and interacts with the intermediate piston by means of the slide spring. The above piston of high pressure in its turn interacts with the intermediate piston by means of a power spring. The above body in the high pressure cavity and actuating cavity is filled with working liquid, the power cavity is filled by gas.
EFFECT: increased stability of suspension of a contact network, small weight and dimensions of an item, simplified assembly, reliability and durability of operation of a contact suspension.
