SUBSTANCE: medical bag-case (ampoule-case) contains a body with a limited in opening flap lid. The lid is connected to a trough-shaped bottom. The bottom has the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped of horizontal orientation. An arm strap is fixed to the bottom (back) of the bag by means of stitches. The strap is provided with an adjusting buckle for adjustment of a required length. A protective code lock is fixed on the upper wall of the body. A compartment for placement of ampoules is located inside. Each product is located in an individual cell, and has a colour cap for identification. Fixation of the bag-case on a medical worker's arm is realised by means of fastening elements of a Velcro type.

EFFECT: increased immediacy of providing urgent medical assistance due to fixation of the ampoule-case on the arm and a possibility of withdrawing the required medication with one hand, ensuring convenience of providing urgent medical assistance due to separate and differentiated placement of necessary narcotic analgesics, elimination of breaking and falling out of the ampoules, safety of narcotic medications due to the presence of the protective lock.
