FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: sandblasting processing of an implant surface with particles of aluminium oxide is carried out. Layer-by-layer sputtering by a plasma method of a system of biocompatible coatings from a mixture of titanium or titanium hydride and calcium hydroxyapatite is performed onto the implant base. A discrete layer of disperse powder particles with the surface density of particle inclusions of 10÷15 particles/dm2 is applied in a remote way on the multilayered system of coatings. As the disperse powder used is aluminium oxide with dispersity of 80-100 mcm.
EFFECT: increased mechanical properties of the surface of the biologically active implant layer.
