FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: multi-layered plasma sputtering of a biologically active coating is realised onto a metal implant base. Titanium is remotely sputtered as the first and second layer. A mechanical mixture of a powder of titanium and hydroxyapatite is applied as the third layer. The fourth layer is formed on the basis of hydroxyapatite. After that, the implant with the multi-layered bioactive coating is placed into a reservoir with a trichlorolanthane solution with the concentration of 0.04% Lads, placed into an additional reservoir with water, and processing is performed from the side of the surface of the sputtered multi-layered bioactive coating by ultrasonic radiation. Finishing processing by ultrasonic radiation in the trichlorolanthane solution is performed for 35 s with an intensity of ultrasound 9.6 W/cm2 and a frequency of 22 kHz.
EFFECT: obtaining the implant with anticoagulation properties.
