FIELD: orthopedic stomatology. SUBSTANCE: method involves plasma deposition of several layers of different dispersion and depth onto titan? implant base; including first two titanium or titanium hydride layers, two subsequent layers of mix of titanium or titanium hydride with calcium hydroxyapatite, and external fifth layer of calcium hydroxyapatite. Layers differ in percentage of components. Deposition is performed according to layers in different modes to provide smooth transition from compact structure of titanium base of implant to thin biologically active surface porous layer. Multilayer deposit on implant surface also serves as damper. EFFECT: maximal similarity of artificial implant system to natural biological system, increased mechanical strength. 2 tbl, 1 dwg
