FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: during submerging in pressure chamber to depth of 30 metres and staying there for 2 hours peroral loading with 7.5% solution of calcium lactate in dose of 1 ml of solution per 1 kg of body mass is carried out. After this calcium-urethric kidney function index (CKFI) is determined from formula: CKFI = - 5.36+0.15×N1-0.31×K+0.19×"Д"+0.5×C+0.19×N2+0.14×Ch, where: N1 is amount of natrium released by kidneys at 40-th minute after loading with calcium lactate, mmol/hour; K is amount of kalium released at 60-th minute after loading with calcium lactate, ml/min; "Д" is amount of urina released at 90-th minute after loading with calcium lactate, ml/min; C is amount of calcium released by kidneys at 90-th minute after loading with calcium lactate, mmol/hour; N2 is amount of natrium released by kidneys at 120-th minute after loading with calcium lactate, mmol/hour; Ch is amount of chlorine released at 120-th minute after loading with calcium lactate, mmol/hour. When CKFI index is less than 0 calcium-urethric kidney function is considered unsatisfactory. When CKFI is 0 to 1.3 calcium-urethric kidney function is considered satisfactory and when it exceeds 1.3 this function is considered good.
EFFECT: method provides adequate and precise evaluation of calcium-urethric human kidney function under conditions of increased pressure of gas medium.
