SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment of textile industry and can be used in the preparatory department of weaving production on warping machines. The control device of forming warping beams comprises an electric motor of the warping beam, an electric motor of the compacting shaft, connected to the inverter, the actual radius metre, the pressure sensor of the compacting shaft, two adders. According to the invention, the device comprises a sensor of warping beam rotation frequency, a sensor of rotation frequency of the compacting shaft, two division units, a multiplication unit, a radius setting unit of the compacting shaft, a setting unit of winding density of the warping beam. At that the outlets of the sensor of warping beams rotation frequency and the sensor of rotation frequency of the compacting shafts are connected to the respective inlets of the first division unit, which outlet is connected to the first input of the multiplication unit connected by the second inlet to the radius setting unit of the compacting shaft, and connected by the outlet to the first inlet of the first adder, which second inlet is connected to the outlet of the sensor of winding radius of the warping beam, and the outlet is connected to the first inlet of the second division unit, connected by the second inlet to the pressure sensor of the compacting shaft, and connected by the outlet to the first inlet of the second adder, which second inlet is connected to the outlet of the setting unit of winding density of the warping beam, and the outlet is connected through the inverter to the electric motor of the compacting shaft.

EFFECT: improved accuracy of stabilisation of winding density and length of the wound base.
