SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment of the textile industry and can be used in the preparatory department of a weaving factory based on warping and beaming machines. A control device of formation of warping beams comprises the warping and pressure beams, an electric drive of the pressure beam, a sensor of the warping beam number of turns, it additionally comprises a measuring roll, the sensor of the measuring roll number of turns, a multiplying unit, a radius setting unit of the measuring roll, a unit of calculation of the length of a wound warp, a unit of calculation of the area of the winding cross section, the first and second units of division, a setting unit of thickness of the wound warp, and an adder, at that the output of the sensor of the measuring roll number of turns of is connected to the first input of the multiplying unit and the first input of the unit of calculation of the length of the wound warp, the second inputs of which are connected to the output of the radius setting unit of the measuring roll, the output of the multiplying unit is connected to the first output of the first unit of division, the second input of which is connected to the sensor of the warping beam number of turns , the output of the first unit of division is connected to the input of the unit of calculation of the area of the winding cross section of the warping beam, connected with its output to the second input of the second unit of division, the first input of which is connected to the output of the unit of calculation of the length of the wound warp, and the output is connected to the first input of the adder connected with its second input to the output of the setting unit of the thickness of the warp, and with the output - to the input of the electric drive of the pressure beam.
EFFECT: invention is directed at increase in accuracy of maintaining the winding parameters of the warping beam, namely, the density and length of the wound warp.
