SUBSTANCE: control device of warping beam formation, comprising a warping beam with electric drive of the warping beam and a pulse sensor of the warping beam rotation speed and a compacting shaft with the mechanism of its movement and the pulse sensor of the compacting shaft rotation speed, connected to the calculation unit of the actual radius of winding, comprises additionally a roller pair with electric drive, the calculation unit of the theoretical radius of winding, the relay unit and the adder, at that the calculation unit of the actual radius of winding is connected with its output to the first input of the adder, connected with the second input to the output of the calculation unit of the theoretical radius of winding, connected with its input together with the first input of the calculation unit of the actual radius of winding to the output of the pulse sensor of the warping beam rotation speed, and the output of the adder is connected through the relay unit to the input of the electric drive of the roller pair.
EFFECT: improved accuracy of stabilization of winding density of the base.
