SUBSTANCE: device of stabilising the winding density of flexible material comprises an electric drive of package, a pulse sensor of the package rotation speed, a unit of calculation of the package radius, a tension sensor, a sensor of linear speed of winding, a winding density regulator, a calculating unit of the material length, two multiplication units, a division unit, two adders, a setting unit of linear mass of material of predetermined width, a material width setting unit, and the winding density setting unit. The tension sensor is connected to the first input of the first adder. The first adder is connected to the output with the input of the electric drive of the package. The second input of the first adder is connected to the output of the winding density regulator. The regulator is connected by the input to the output of the second adder. The first input of the second adder is connected to the winding density setting unit. The second input of the second adder is connected the output of the division unit. The first input of the division unit is connected to the output of the first multiplication unit. The second input of the division unit is connected to the output of the second multiplication unit. The second multiplication unit is connected by the first input to the output of the setting unit of linear mass of material of the predetermined width. The second input of the second multiplication unit is connected to the output of the calculating unit of the material length. The calculating unit of the length is connected together with the second and third inputs of the first multiplication unit to the output of the unit of calculation of the package radius. The first input of the first multiplication unit is connected to the output of the material width setting unit. The first input of the unit of calculation of the package radius is connected to the output of the pulse sensor of the package rotation speed. The second input is connected to the sensor of linear speed of winding.

EFFECT: accuracy of stabilisation of winding density.
