FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: exhaust unit comprises a diffuser, an adapter with flow-separating ribs and a cassette-type noise suppressor located at the angle of 30-60° to the adapter axis. Every noise suppressor cassette consists of a load-bearing framework lined with sheets, with a cavity between them filled with the noise-absorbing material. The side of the cassette inclined to the diffuser is lined with a perforated sheet, while the opposite side is lined with a solid sheet.
EFFECT: invention will help increase the efficiency of noise suppression in the exhaust device due to provided uniform flow motion.
