FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: this invention is related to a dust capture device and an electric vacuum cleaner. It contains a cylindrical-shaped container with closed ends, a suction nipple ensuring creation of a swirling flow across the container inner periphery, an outlet nipple (connected to the container so that to be positioned closer to the first end of the container than the suction nipple), a division baffle (having the first hole positioned in the container body centre) and a separation baffle (positioned closer to the other end of the container than the suction nipple connection spot, forming a gap between the inner peripheral surface of the container and the separation baffle and having the second hole positioned outside the container body central part), an inner tube (passing from the division baffle to the separation baffle along the container body axis and containing a hole related to the first hole of the division baffle and a second hole communicating the first zone at the other end of the container to the second zone whereto the suction nipple is connected).
EFFECT: device allows to ensure centrifugal separation of dust-containing air into air and dust so that the central part of the air separated and the dust sieved out pass through the gap into the dust collection chamber, keeping swirling along the inner peripheral surface of the container body.
