FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gastroenterology and can be used for determination of tactics of treating children with chronic gastroduodenitis, which includes application of antiviral preparations in a composition of complex therapy in case of identification of DNA of papilloma viruses in the patient's stomach and duodenum. The antiviral preparations in a composition of complex therapy are used when the level of neopterin in the child's blood serum is higher than 23.9 nmol/l.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to determine tactics of treatment in a less traumatising way for the child and in the outpatient setting.
