SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to machine building. Axle (101) connects two trailing arms (102) rigidly in bending but resiliently in torsion. Axle torsion profile (103) includes intermediate section (106), two end sections (107) and two transition sections (108) connecting end sections with the intermediate section. Stranding factor of end sections is greater than stranding factor of intermediate section. Transient sections of torsion profile have respectively invariable wall thickness which is greater than thickness of intermediate section wall. Wall thickness variance is implemented through transformation of inner side of torsion profile only. Vehicle contains wheel suspension on trailing arms with above mentioned axle.
EFFECT: axle mass is decreased.
