FIELD: blasting operations.
SUBSTANCE: two three-layer packages are made with placement of nickel plate in each of them between the plates of aluminium and copper. The flat package of copper pipes is placed symmetrically between them with welding gaps. The protective metal layers with explosive charges are located on the surfaces of the aluminium plates and explosion welding is carried out of the resulting assembly by simultaneous initiation of the explosion of explosive charges with the specified detonation velocity and velocities of impact of aluminium plates with nickel ones, the nickel with copper, and the copper plates with a package of pipes. Annealing of the welded blank is carried out with the formation of solid intermetallic layers, followed by cooling in air. Spontaneous separation of layers for intermetallic layers is carried out to form on the surfaces the nickel plates of solid heat-resistant coatings in the form of intermetallic layers of the aluminium-nickel system.
EFFECT: product is obtained with a high operating temperature in oxidising gaseous media and with the low thermal resistance of the heat transfer layers in heat exchange with the environment.
