FIELD: blasting operations.
SUBSTANCE: flat package of copper pipes with a wall thickness of 1.5-2 mm is placed on a flat steel base with pre-applied to its surface anti-welding coating. The three-layer package is made with the placement of a nickel plate between the plates of aluminium and copper, with regulated ratio of layer thicknesses of nickel, aluminium and copper. It is mounted with welding gap over the package of copper pipes, and explosion welding is carried out of the resulting assembly with the given velocity of detonation of the explosive charge, the impact velocity of the upper aluminium plate with the nickel one, the nickel plate with the lower copper one, and the copper plate with the package of the copper pipes. Annealing of the welded blank is carried out to form a continuous intermetallic layer between the aluminium and nickel with spontaneous separation of aluminium and nickel along the intermetallic layer during cooling in air. On the surface of the nickel plate a continuous heat-resistant coating is formed in the form the intermetallic layer of the aluminium-nickel system.
EFFECT: product has a high operating temperature in oxidising gaseous media and reduced thermal resistance of the heat transfer layers while heat exchange with the environment.
