FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed vibrator is used for cleaning of filter press plates. After cleaning of the first set of plates 4 moving frame is driven by gear 8 revolved by reduction gear motor 9 towards another set. Air valve 19 opens to make cylinder vibrate the rods 11 by air fed from three-way air control valve 13. Vibration of cylinders is controlled. Vibration of vibrating rods 11 is automatically transmitted by spring sleeves 5 to filter cloth via rods 27 from vibration of rod 11 which results in the filter automatic cleaning. After cleaning of the first set, changeover to second set of filter plates occurs. After consecutive cleaning of all plates 4 position limiter operates to make said moving frame move back into initial position. Vibratory cleaning is controlled by PLC programme.
EFFECT: efficient cleaning of filter cloth vibration by rods.
