FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: sodium carbonate, sodium hydroxide and sodium oxide react with saturated aqueous ammonium nitrate and nitrite solutions. The molar ratio of the aqueous ammonium nitrate or nitrite solutions to sodium carbonate, sodium hydroxide and sodium oxide is equal to 1.01-2.00. The reaction is carried out while heating to temperature below the decomposition temperature of ammonium nitrate or nitrite.
EFFECT: invention enables to achieve high degree of heat carrier recovery.
