FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodworking, particularly, to radial saw machines for lengthwise sawing of logs. Radial saw machine comprises bed (1) whereat 3D frame (4) is fitted at rails (2) via roller bearings (3). Said frame is equipped with vertical guides (5) for crossbar (6) to displace therein with horizontal guides (7) for displacement of carriage (8). Angular reduction gear is fitted in bearings at said carriage, saw disc (10) being secured at the reduction gear output shaft. Saw disc drive motor (9) is fixed at the carriage and articulated with pulley mounted at angular reduction gear input shaft. Saw disc is turned by turning of said reduction gear in both sides through 90 degrees by handle or mechanised drive rigidly secured with reduction gear housing. Wedging blades are secured at reduction gear housing.

EFFECT: higher quality, decreased weight and enhanced performances.
