SUBSTANCE: invention relates to marking and labelling. Proposed machine comprises punch to press the tape against outer surface of part to be marked or labelled. Part to be marked or labelled is fed to marking ouch or labelling unit. Proposed marking or labelling machine (2) comprises at least one marking or labelling tool (6) and part feeders to move the parts to said tool (6). Said feeders comprise at least two brackets (20, 22) spinning about the first common geometrical axis (X₂). Every said feeder comprises at least part retainer (213, 233) and independent bracket drives (30, 40, 42).
