SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a simulator (2) comprising a load stack (6) for counteraction of a particular training movement, received through the cable (8) and a pulley system (10). The load stack comprises a set of loads (14) stacked vertically on each other. The loads comprise the central holes (20) made in them, through which the insertion of the lifting rod (16) is provided downwards. Each load comprises means (4) of the load selection, which are made with the ability of hinge interaction with the lifting rod (14) with provision of attaching and fixing the selected amount of loads to the central lifting rod (14).
EFFECT: ability to change quickly the weight of loads.
