SUBSTANCE: mobile communication system includes an MME (mobility management entity) in a visitor network of UE N1 (mobile station N1) acquiring SRVCC (single radio voice call continuity) capability information of the UE N1 and notifying an HSS (home subscriber server) of the SRVCC capability information of the UE N1 in an attach process or location registration process of the UE N1, and an ATCF (access transfer control function), which controls an ATGW (access transfer gateway), acquiring the SRVCC capability information of the UE N1, in a registration process of the UE N1 with IMS.
EFFECT: reducing consumption of ATCF and ATGW resources when using an SRVCC scheme.
