SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Claimed is device and system for connection of chain elements into one whole, where at least two elements of chain contain sources of radioactive radiation. Device contains case, working channel, passing along first case axis, loading unit, connected with working channel and having not less than two receiving devices for cartridges of chain elements, and at least one receiving device is adjusted for reception of cartridge with sources of radioactive radiation with at least one device for pushing chain elements from obtained cartridges, as well as connecting unit for connection of chain elements. As minimum two receiving devices are located in such a way, that cartridges for obtained elements of chain are located along first axis, on the vertical, above working channel.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to provide optimal protection of patient against radioactive radiation.
