PERSONAL TRAINING SYSTEM AS METHOD FOR FORMING PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF PAEDIATRICIANS Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC G09B23/28

Abstract RU 2526945 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: training is preceded by interactive computer-based testing. The assessment is carried out by point rating scale of professional knowledge, information processing rate, productivity and fatigue resistance. The trainees are distributed by three training levels, and full-time or full-time and distance learning is specified for each trainee. The training process is conducted in accordance with pre-testing results with using additional interactive computer-aided training documents with audio and video images of diagnostic, therapeutic algorithms and procedures. The full-time stage is completed by the final interactive computer-aided testing with presented graphic pictures with active regions, audio- and video records simulating symptoms or clinical cases, and the extent of knowledge undigested by a paediatrician are identified. The paediatrician is presented by Anfimov's tables, and a visual information perception speed is measured. That is followed by collecting the adequate amount of thematic material for the trainee. That is followed by the distance learning and distribution by three distance training levels for each trainee depending on his/her point rating value.

EFFECT: invention provides more effective training of paediatric knowledge and skills by the personal training system.
