FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: gas turbine plant with water steam injection in a gas turbine circuit comprises a compressor for compressing air, a fuel pump, means for supplying fuel, a combustion chamber, a gas turbine, an electric generator for power generation, mechanical means for transmitting mechanical energy from the turbine to the compressor operation and the rotation an electric generator, a heat recovery boiler. In the combustion chamber the air compressed by the compressor enters and the supplied fuel and their mixing, ignition and combustion is carried out. The heat recovery boiler is designed for heating the fed water and generation of steam due to combustion products heat, the steam injection system in the combustion chamber. The gas turbine plant is equipped with the supply system of combustion promoter and the system of mixing the combustion promoter with the water steam injected into the combustion chamber.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increase in the specific power rating, increase in efficiency, reduction in specific fuel consumption and increase (prolongation) of the resource, and reduction of the emission to the atmosphere of toxic substances such as nitrogen oxides (NOx) and carbon monoxide (CO) with the combustion products.
