FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing tritium-labelled quaternised structures of the diazine series and specifically N-phenyldiazinium salts using a chemonuclear method according to the reaction: characterised by that 1,4-diazines (pyrazine, quinoxaline and 2,3-dimethylquinoxaline) undergo ion-molecular reactions with free nucleogenic phenyl cations which are generated during beta decay of tritium in double-labelled benzene in a closed system in the presence of a stabilising salt - potassium tetrafluoroborate.
EFFECT: simple method of producing tritium-labelled radioactive markers for studying biochemical processes.
