FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radiochemistry and specifically to a method of producing ditritium difluorobenzene, a source of chemonuclear generation of novel fluorine-substituted phenyl cations. Hydrogenation of 1,4-dibromo-2,5-difluorobenzene with gaseous tritium on a Pd/BaSO4 catalyst at room temperature results in formation of ditritium difluorobenzene, wherein novel free nucleogenic fluorine-substituted phenyl cations are generated in the obtained ditritium difluorobenzene during spontaneous beta decay of tritium: .
EFFECT: invention simplifies the method of producing ditritium difluorobenzene, a source of generating nucleogenic reactive fluorinated phenyl cations for subsequent chemonuclear synthesis of fluorine-substituted heterocyclic derivatives.
