SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to the new method of surface marking. The method to demarcate a sports or game ground, which includes application of a compound on the specified ground, and the compound contains a thermochromatic material in a polymer base and, if required, in a dissolvent, with a spin transition, temperature of the spin transition of which is higher than room temperature, on the line or surface for demarcation of the specified surface, increased temperature of specified lines or surfaces to temperature exceeding temperature of the spin transition in the specified material.
EFFECT: possibility to record contact with marking.
