FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for formation of film hybrid material in order to create devices of molecular electronics, spintronics. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that the film hybrid material based on graphene nanostructures includes a graphene matrix with embedded molecules-intercalants, consisting of nanosheets of graphene oxide and spin-variable anionic complexes of Fe (III).
EFFECT: providing the possibility of obtaining new film hybrid materials with given properties.
