SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wideband radio transmitters with a low level of intermodulation distortion and increased temperature stability of characteristics. Method includes a multi-stage power amplifier, commutated harmonic filters, an antenna device, a controller, an output stage transistor temperature sensor, a DAC, the level of the analog signal coming from the DAC outputs to the gates of the transistors of the amplifier stages operating in nonlinear modes is selected by the controller for each frequency from the matrix stored in the memory device.

EFFECT: technical result is to reduce intermodulation interference to a given level.
