FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas industry and can be used for commercial regeneration of saturated solution of triethyleneglycol, which is used as absorbent for extraction of water vapour from gas in installations of natural gas drying. Method of triethyleneglycol regeneration includes absorption of moisture by it from gas flow in absorber, distillation of water from saturated with moisture triethyleneglycol in evaporation column, extraction of hydrocarbons from it by extraction of absorbent with water and additional processing with coagulants and flocculants, and as coagulant, applied is aluminium hydroxochloride, or aluminium sulphate, or aluminium oxide, further settling of water mixture without heating for several days to complete stratification, discharge of purified layer of water-glycol solution, its filtration and supply for thermal regeneration by addition into flow of circulation absorbent.

EFFECT: invention provides increased efficiency of triethyleneglycol purification, reduction of production costs and improvement of parameters of ecological safety.
