FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: first stage relates to stage of obtaining synthesis-gas, including application of first mixture, which contains oxygen, second mixture, which contains hydrocarbon gas raw material and water steam, reformer, which is intended for conversion of hydrocarbon gas raw material into synthesis-gas, at least one heat-exchange device, heating the second mixture, supply of the first mixture and second mixture into reformer, carrying out reaction of hydrocarbon gas raw material reaction in reformer with application of catalyst, output of the third mixture, which contains converted gas from reformer. The second stage consists of the first flow step of methanol synthesis, in which used are: the third mixture, at least one heat-exchange device, at least one reactor of methanol synthesis, methanol separator, the third mixture is supplied into reactor for methanol synthesis, reaction of methanol formation is carried out in reactor for methanol synthesis with application of catalyst, methanol-containing mixture is output from reactor for methanol synthesis, with further heat output from it and its further supply to methanol separator, mixture of condensed raw methanol and mixture of exhaust gases are output from methanol separator; and cooling of the third mixture in its supply from the first stage to the second stage is realised. At the first stage additionally performed is heating of the first mixture, with application of autothermal reforming reactor as reformer; at the second stage additionally used is at least one additional flow step of methanol synthesis, in which methanol synthesis is carried out in the way, analogous to methanol synthesis at the first flow step of methanol synthesis, with supplying mixture of exhaust gases from the previous step into reactor for methanol synthesis, in addition, when the third mixture is supplied from the first stage to the second stage, additionally realised are: water separator application, water condensation, separation of water from the third mixture in water separator, the third mixture is additionally passed through unit of sulphur purification with solid adsorbent. Invention also relates to complex for the claimed method realisation.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain raw methanol with concentration not lower than 90 percent applying simple and economical technology.
