SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for detection of nuclear quadrupole resonance signals. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that the nuclear quadrupole resonance signal detection device comprises a shielded chamber and outside the shielded chamber NQR detection elements, wherein shielded chamber comprises: sweeping frequency generator for frequency range from 10 kHz to 10 MHz, frequency pulse generator, time pulse shaper, operation mode selection unit, power amplifier, transmitting antenna system matching device, as well as device includes in-phase receiving antenna system with reception of normally and parallel polarized electromagnetic waves, wherein an alternating current source is added to supply n moisture and ventilation control units.
EFFECT: enabling detection of nuclear quadrupole resonance signals at high humidity.
