FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: this catheter is moulded in solid die with long cavity the surface of which defines the catheter outer surface. Mould cavity near end defines the catheter tip. Pin is fed into mould cavity to define catheter inner space. Pin far end is locked at moulding by appropriate lock. Near free end of said pin is locked by moulding parts displacing radially relative to long cavity lengthwise axis. Moulding parts define the inlet drain holes at catheter pipe sidewalls. Catheter material is injected into mould. Material hardened, moulding parts are pulled off the pin with withdraw catheter by moving off along catheter axis.
EFFECT: ruled out flaws that can harm the patient.
