FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method contains the following stages: at least, one hole is punctured in tube by bringing cutting element radially into tube wall ensuring three-dimensional edge contour. Area of external peripheral edge of hole is processed by rounding it. For this purpose heated forming element is brought to preliminarily specified distance into hole, and hole edge is given the shape, corresponding to the shape of distal end of forming element. Distal end is adjusted for gearing with the tube hole and is provided with rounded section of shoulder transition near distal end base and projection, continuing from the area of shoulder transition. Projection has shape, corresponding to hole in tube. Heated forming element is kept in said position for preliminarily specified time of keeping. Contour of section of transition of shoulder of forming element distal end is given the shape with two end sections, with "rectilinear" sections between them, corresponding to end sections and central rectilinear sections of hole edge contour. Group of inventions also includes device for method realisation and application of device for method realisation.
EFFECT: extension of arsenal of technical means of said purpose.
