FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises determination of optimum posture of every astronaut and accommodation of him in said posture in said seat. Seat is composed of a set of local supports of variable geometry and relative arrangement. Said supports are secured at damping base and adjusted to astronaut individual anthropometric index. One or more dampers are used for every seat to decrease the load in direction "head-pelvis". Overloads in direction "chest-back" are decreased by adjustable damper connecting the seat and spacecraft.
EFFECT: improved fitting, damping of overloads.
