FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method, system and processing device for simultaneous retooling of at least two assemblies or simultaneous replacement of at least two sized parts at processing device. Processing device comprises at least two working zones with retooling zone, working opening and activator. Working openings can be set to open retooling position or closed machining position. At least two working openings are opened to allow simultaneous retooling of processing device. Actual state (open, closed) of working openings in at least two working zones is checked up. Activation of at least one activator is identified. New positioning is set for at least two assemblies or two sized parts to be retooled in at least two retooling zones at simultaneous activation of activators of all open working openings.
EFFECT: accelerated retooling.
