FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes housing forming main chamber with operating device which can be set into motion by feet, and seat for body of patient. According to invention, device has opening in housing which encloses body of patient, sealing hose for isolating housing in zone of opening pointed to patient body and vacuum pump for building vacuum in side housing. Device is provided also with coach to support patient body at physical load and adjuster to provide ergonomic adjustment of operating device irrespective of position of coach which is made for shifting into and out of housing and tilting.
EFFECT: reduced load on joint at training.
